October 17th- Bryan Slaven, The Texas Gourmet will be in Fort Worth at Weston Garden putting on 2 fall cooking classes and tasting out the family of products by The Texas Gourmet. This is a beautiful place, and the classes will be informative, and entertaining.Bryan will be joined by Don Zaidle, the editor of Texas Fish and Game Magazine.

The site includes a garden center, demonstration gardens, and a gift shop is open year round.

The demonstration gardens are open during Spring/Fall Hours when the garden center is open.

Spring/Fall Hours (Mid February - October 31): Mon-Fri: 10-6, Sat: 9-6 Sun: Noon-5.

Winter Hours (November 1 - Mid February) : Mon-Sat: 10-5, Sun: Closed.
